全科医生工作压力和工作满意度现状及其影响因素研究 被引量:71

Status Quo of Occupational Pressure and Job Satisfaction of General Practitioners and Its Influencing Factor

摘要 目的了解全科医生的工作压力和工作满意度现状并探讨其影响因素。方法于2013年8—10月,采用整群抽样法在辽宁省抽取一个油田系统内的一共15家医疗卫生服务中心,在这15家医疗卫生服务中心中随机抽取174名全科医生进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括一般情况、工作压力及工作满意度情况等。根据问卷对每位全科医生的工作压力和工作满意度进行评分,并分析其工作压力来源和工作满意度相关影响因素。结果全科医生工作压力自评得分的平均分为(5.1±1.8)分,不同职称和文化程度的全科医生工作压力自评得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。知识结构难以满足工作需要和工作环境较差是其工作压力的主要来源,分别占79.3%(138/174)和43.1%(75/174)。工作满意度自评得分的平均分为(3.6±0.7)分,不同职称和文化程度的全科医生工作满意度评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。全科医生在领导素质、人际关系、职业声誉、能力发挥空间、单位发展前景、管理状况、绩效考核、工作环境、福利保障及报酬收入方面的满意度评分平均分分别为(3.8±0.8)、(3.7±0.9)、(3.6±1.0)、(3.6±0.8)、(3.6±0.8)、(3.6±0.7)、(3.6±0.7)、(3.4±0.8)、(3.4±0.7)、(3.1±0.8)分。结论全科医生工作压力较大,工作满意度尚可。应降低其工作压力,提高其工作满意度,使其能够更好地为居民服务。 Objective To know the status of work stress and job satisfaction of the general practitioners (GPs) and the related factor analysis. Methods From August to October, 2013, 174 GPs were selected by random sampling method from 15 community health centers of an oilfield system, Liaoning who were selected by cluster random sampling method to finish a questionnaire including general information, work stress and job satisfaction. According to the result, the work stress and job satisfaction of the GPs were scored and analyzed to find the stress source and influencing factors. Results The average self - evaluation score of work pressure of GPs was ( 5.1 ± 1.8 ). GPs with different professional title and educational background suffered different pressure and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The main pressure sources were the structure of knowledge hard to accord with job demand and poor work environment, accounting for 79.3% (138/174) and 43.1% (75/ 174) respectively. The average self- evaluation score of job satisfaction was (3.6 ± 0. 7 ) ; GPs with different professional tile and educational level experienced different level of job satisfaction and the difference was significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The quality score of leadership, interpersonal relationship, professional reputation, ability to play spaces, prospects for development, management, performance evaluation units, work environment, social welfare and income were (3.8 ± 0. 8 ), ( 3.7 ± 0. 9), (3.6±1.0), (3.6±0.8), (3.6±0.8), (3.6±0.7), (3.6±0.7) , (3.4±0.8), (3.4±0.7) and (3.1±0.8) . Cortchltsion GPs has heavy working pressure and their job satisfaction is above the medium level. It is needed to reduce their work stress and increase their job satisfaction to enable them to service the local residents better.
