摘要
福建省作为我国医改试点省份,在推进医联体建设,弥补区域医疗服务不均等方面推出了很多创新举措,成效显著。本研究整理了福建省五类具有代表性的医联体创新模式与经验,对目前福建省内医联体组建过程中存在的主要问题进行总结,围绕运行机制不畅、人才资源匮乏、配套政策缺失、民办医院缺席四个方面进行剖析,并从发挥政府的主导作用、畅通医联体管理运行机制、扩大社会支持度与认同感等方面探索对策,以期进一步促进优质医疗资源更好地下沉,促进医疗服务均等化发展。
As a pilot province of China′s medical reform,Fujian Province has launched many innovative measures to promote the construction of medical consortium and make up for the inequality of regional medical services,which achieved remarkable results.This study compiled 5 kinds of typical medical innovation model and experience,and summarized the main problems existing in the process of constructing medical consortium in Fujian Province.This paper also analyzes the following four aspects:poor operation mechanism,lack of human resources,lack of supporting policies and absence of private hospitals.The followings in exploring countermeasures from the aspects of giving play to the leading role of the government,unimpeded operation mechanism of medical consortium management,expanding social support and identity should been done to further promote the quality of medical resources so as to better sink and promote the development of medical services equalization.
