摘要
儿科的医患关系教育是实习医师教育的重要组成部分。提高实习医师自身角色的认知,加强职业精神教育,完善知识结构,提高带教教师的素质,加强考核制度,多途径地深化医患关系教育,有利于高素质的儿科医学人才培养和提高医疗服务质量。
Doctor-patient relationship is an important part of pediatric intern education.In order to train highquality pediatric medical talents and improve the quality of medical services,we should enhance the interns'self cognition on their roles,emphasize professionalism,refine the knowledge structure,raise the quality of the teachers,reinforce the examination system,and advance the doctor-patient relationship education in multiple ways.
