摘要
目的:探讨早期运动康复护理管理模式在老年骨折患者中的应用价值。方法:选取100例老年骨折患者为研究对象,根据护理干预模式不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者接受常规护理干预;观察组患者在对照组基础上接受早期运动康复护理管理模式干预,时间6个月。比较两组患者肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer量表(FMA)评分、生活自理能力优良率及焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:干预后,两组患者上、下肢FMA评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);SAS评分及SDS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生活自理能力优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨折患者应用早期运动康复护理管理模式,可有效缓解负性情绪,改善肢体功能,促进自理能力的恢复。
Objective:To analyze the application value of early sports rehabilitation nursing management mode in orthopedic elderly inpatients.Methods:A total of 100 patients were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing intervention modes,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received the period sports rehabilitation nursing management model on the basis of the control group for 6 months.The scores of limb motor function(FMA),excellent rate of self-care ability,self rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self rating depression scale(SDS)of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the upper and lower limb function scores of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of self-care ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early sports rehabilitation nursing management model to elderly patients in orthopedics can effectively relieve their negative emotions,improve limb function,and promote the recovery of self-care ability.
