摘要
目的研究早期康复护理干预在老年髋部骨折患者术后下肢深静脉血栓中的应用效果。方法2017年10月—2018年10月以该院住院治疗的86例老年髋部骨折患者为研究对象,采取双盲随机法进行分组,观察组43例实施早期康复护理干预,对照组43例实施常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组髋部骨折术后DVT发生率(2.33%)明显低于对照组(16.28%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05),而且观察组护理满意率(97.67%)明显高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.081,P<0.05)。结论对老年髋部骨折患者施行早期护理干预可有效预防术后DVT形成,值得临床实践采纳应用。
Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention in deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities after surgery in elderly hip fracture patients.Methods From October 2017 to October 2018,86 elderly hip fracture patients were treated in our hospital as the subjects,and the double-blind randomization method was used to group,and 43 cases of the observation group carried out early rehabilitation nursing intervention,and 43 cases of the control group carried out routine nursing,comparing the effects of the two groups.Results The incidence of DVT after hip fracture in the observation group(2.33%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(16.28%),(χ^(2)=4.962,P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction rate(97.67%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.40%),(χ^(2)=6.081,P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for elderly hip fracture patients can effectively prevent the formation of DVT after surgery,which is worthy of clinical practice.
