摘要
目的:探讨基于院前创伤评分的预见护理在急诊创伤骨折患者中的应用效果。方法:选取永安市立医院2021年1—12月收治的597例急诊创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为观察组298例和对照组299例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予基于院前创伤评分的预见护理,比较两组患者的疼痛改善情况、负性情绪、并发症、护理满意度。结果:干预1、3 d后,观察组视觉模拟疼痛法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);干预3 d后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率为6.04%,明显低于对照组的19.06%(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度为95.30%,明显高于对照组的73.91%(P<0.05)。结论:对急诊创伤骨折患者给予基于院前创伤评分的预见护理可显著缓解患者疼痛,改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率,患者满意度较高。
Objective: To explore the application effect of predictive nursing based on pre-hospital trauma score in emergency trauma and fracture patients. Method: A total of 597 emergency trauma fracture patients admitted to Yong’an Municipal Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into observation group of 298 cases and control group of 299cases by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given predictive nursing based on the pre-hospital trauma score on the basis of the control group. The pain improvement, negative emotions, complications, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result: After the intervention of 1, 3 d, the visual analogue scale(VAS) scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). After 3 d of intervention, the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.04%, which was significantly lower than 19.06% in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.30%, which was significantly higher than 73.91% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Predictive nursing based on the pre-hospital trauma score for emergency trauma and fracture patients can significantly relieve pain, improve patients’ psychological state, reduce the incidence of complications, and have high patient satisfaction.
