摘要
谷氨酰胺可以参与免疫调节,改善动物机体的免疫性能。畜禽饲粮中添加谷氨酰胺可以为机体提供氮源,促进肌细胞蛋白质合成,缓解机体产生的应激反应,调节免疫机能。文章综述谷氨酰胺对调控鸡免疫性能影响的研究进展,以期为鸡营养研究和应用提供参考。
Glutamine can participate in immune regulation and improve the immune performance of the animal body.The addition of glutamine to the diet can provide a nitrogen source for the body,promote the synthesis of muscle cell protein,relieve the body's stress response,and regulate various biological effects of immune function.The article reviews the effect of glutamine on the immune performance of chickens and the latest research progress,and provides references for research and application in chicken nutrition.
