高黄曲霉毒素B_(1)饲粮对肉仔鸡生产性能和肠道屏障的影响 被引量:9

Effects of High Aflatoxin B_(1)Diet on Produciton Performance and Intestinal Barrier in Broilers

摘要 为研究黄曲霉毒素B_(1)(AFB_(1))对肉鸡生长性能和肠道屏障的影响,将72只30日龄健康AA肉鸡随机分为2个组,每组4个重复,每个重复9只鸡。对照组饲粮AFB_(1)浓度为4.4μg/kg,AFB_(1)组饲粮AFB_(1)浓度为19.8μg/kg。试验期为19 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,AFB_(1)组料重比有升高趋势(P>0.05),空肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠JAM-3 mRNA的表达有降低趋势(P>0.05),十二指肠MUC-2和回肠ZO-2基因表达显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠IL-10、空肠IL-2和sIgA以及回肠sIgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),回肠IL-2和IL-10含量有升高趋势。综上所述,饲喂高AFB_(1)饲粮降低了肉鸡饲料转化率,破坏了肠道机械屏障功能,增加肠道炎症因子IL-2分泌,引起机体免疫反应。 The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aflatoxin B_(1)(AFB_(1))on production performance and gut barrier in broilers.A total of 7230-day-age AA broilers were randomly divided into two treatments with 4 replicates per treatment and 9 broilers per replicate.The control treatment were fed with the diet with 4.4μg/kg AFB_(1)and AFB_(1)treatment group were fed with the diet with 19.8μg/kg AFB_(1).The experiment lasted for 19 days.The results showed as followed:Compared with the control treatment,AFB_(1)treatment increased the feed weight ratio of chickens(P>0.05),reduced the depth of jejunal recess(P<0.05),decreased the expression of JAM-3 mRNA in duodenum tended(P>0.05),while the gene expression of MUC-2 in duodenum and ZO-2 in ileum decreased significantly(P<0.05).The contents of IL-10 in duodenum,IL-2 and sIgA in jejunum and sIgA in ileum increased significantly(P<0.05),while the contents of IL-2 and IL-10 in ileum tended to increase(P>0.05).In conclusion,feeding high level AFB_(1)diet could reduce feed conversion efficiency,destroy intestinal mechanical barrier function,increase intestinal inflammatory factor IL-2 secretion and cause immune response in broilers.
