摘要
目的探讨创面切削痂植皮手术对深度烧伤创面患者的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2017年5月至2019年5月收治的80例深度烧伤创面患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,各40例。观察组给予创面切削痂植皮手术治疗,对照组给予清创植皮术治疗,比较两组恢复时间、瘢痕形成发生率、疼痛程度。结果观察组发热、创面愈合、创面皮肤血运恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);观察组瘢痕形成发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000);术前,两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.502);术后,两组VAS评分均低于术前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论创面切削痂植皮手术治疗深度烧伤创面患者,有利于缩短创面愈合时间,促进恢复,改善瘢痕外观。
Objective To investigate the effect of scab skin grafting on deep burn wound.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with deep burn wounds from May 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with scabs and skin grafting,the control group was treated with debridement and skin grafting.The recovery time,incidence of scar formation and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of fever,wound healing and skin blood circulation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P=0.000);the incidence of scar formation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000);preoperative,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P=0.502);after surgery,VAS scores in both groups were lower than before,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Conclusion Scabs and skin grafting for deep burn wounds,helps to shorten wound healing time,promoting recovery,improve scar appearance.
