摘要
目的:探究对面部烧伤手术患者围手术期实施舒适护理干预措施的心理状态及满意度情况。方法:选取郑州大学第一附属医院2019年5月至2021年5月期间80例需手术的面部烧伤患者,随机分为对照组(采用常规护理措施)与观察组(采用舒适护理),各40例。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分方面,观察组患者护理后均低于对照组;并发症发生率方面,观察组患者低于对照组;护理满意度评分方面,观察组患者的病房环境、服务态度、操作技能评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在面部烧伤手术患者围手术期实施舒适护理干预措施,营造舒适的病房环境,能使患者保持愉悦情绪,积极配合医生治疗。
Objective To explore the psychological state and satisfaction of perioperative comfortable nursing intervention in patients with facial burn surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with facial burns who needed surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(with routine nursing measures)and an observation group(with comfort nursing),with 40 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.In terms of nursing satisfaction scores,the ward environment,service attitude and operation skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Results The scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.In terms of nursing satisfaction scores,the ward environment,service attitude and operation skills scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing intervention for patients with facial burn surgery during the perioperative period can create a comfortable ward environment,make patients maintain a happy mood and actively cooperate with doctors.
