摘要
本文通过话语转向、研究趋热、实践倒逼等三个维度获取企业文档智能化管理跃迁的依据,进而提出企业文档智能化管理的跃迁的四个方向,包括“双重生命周期”管理、文档数据细粒度与知识化聚合、“人工智能”新型基础设施建设、企业文档智能服务模式并将其总结为企业文档智能化管理跃迁的“一线双核多应用”技术路线,以提供企业实践转化的路径参考。
This paper obtains the basis for the transition of enterprise records intelligent management through the three dimensions of discourse turn,research trending,and practice to force.And then proposes four directions about the transition of enterprise records intelligent management,including'Dual life cycle'management,fine-grained and knowledge-based aggregation,new infrastructure construction of'artificial intelligence',enterprise records intelligent service mode.The above could be summarized as'first-line dual-core multi-application'technical route of enterprise records intelligent management,so as to provide a reference for the transformation of corporate practices.
