摘要
随着数字时代的到来,高新技术逐渐运用到社会各领域,人工智能成为推动社会改革创新的关键性技术,其发展给综合档案馆的升级转型带来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。文章采用SWOT分析法,深入分析了人工智能环境下档案馆开展数字档案资源共享的自身优势、劣势和外部机会、威胁因素,并在此基础上从人工智能风险控制、数字资源尽其所用、多方主体协同参与和人机协作深度融合等四个方面提出解决策略。
With the advent of the digital age,new technologies are gradually applied to all fields of society,artificial intelligence has become a key technology to promote social reform and innovation,and its development has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to the upgrading and transformation of comprehensive archives.The article uses SWOT analysis method to deeply analyze the advantages,disadvantages,external opportunities and threat factors of the archives in the artificial intelligence environment to carry out the construction and sharing of digital archive resources.On this basis,this paper proposes solutions from four aspects:the artificial intelligence risk control,multi-party Collaborative participation,human-machine collaboration deepening integration and using digital resources to the best of their ability.
