摘要
神志理论是中医用以解释神志活动中的各种病理、生理现象,指导神志病临床治疗的理论依据,其中有关于脏腑神志活动关系的内容学说众多,且不同学说之间立论依据不同而理论内涵又有相通之处,是中医神志理论研究的难点与重点。故文章将中医神志理论进行系统梳理,并分别从脏腑主持和(或)调节神志活动与神志活动影响脏腑功能状态两个方面进行详细论述,以期深化对中医神志理论的理解,为神志病的临床治疗提供理论依据。
The theory of mind is the theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to explain various physiological phenomena in mental activities and to guide the clinical treatment of mental disorders.Among them,there are many contents and theories about the relationship between zang-fu viscera and mental activities.Different theories are based on different theories and the theoretical connotation has similarities,which are the difficulties and key points in the study of Chinese medicine mind theory.Therefore,this paper concluded and summarized the theory of mind of TCM systematically,and discusses in detail from two aspects of zang-fu viscera presiding and/or regulating mental activities and mental activities affecting the functional status of zangfu viscera,in order to deepen the understanding of the theory of mind and provide theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of mental disorders.
