摘要
心身疾病发病率高而识别率低,正确辨识病因病机是中医干预心身疾病的关键所在,深入研究心身疾病中医病因病机的核心及其演变,对提高中医诊治心身疾病的疗效具有重要意义。文章认为对心身疾病中医病因病机的研究应随时代而发展,不但要抓住心身疾病病因病机的核心,而且也要认识到其复杂性和多样性,提出中医学对心身疾病病因的认识已经从单一性转向多源性、复杂性,对病机的认识也由整体性的基本病机转向核心病机基础上病变各个阶段的复杂演变和细化。这不仅体现了中医心身医学整体、联系、动态的特点,也符合临床实际需要。
The incidence of psychosomatic diseases is high and the recognition rate is low,correct identification of etiology and pathogenesis is the key to TCM intervention in psychosomatic diseases.Through in-depth study of the core and evolution of etiology and pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases in TCM is of great significance to improve the efficacy of TCM diagnosis and treatment of psychosomatic diseases.The article holded that the study of etiology and pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases in TCM should be developed with the times,it should not only grasp the core of the etiology and pathogenesis of psychosomatic diseases in TCM,but also recognized its complexity and diversity.It is believed that the understanding of the etiology of psychosomatic diseases in TCM has changed from single to multi-source and complex,and the understanding of pathogenesis has also changed from the basic pathogenesis of the whole to the complex evolution and refinement of each stage of pathological changes on the basis of the core pathogenesis.This not only embodies the characteristics of psychosomatic medicine of TCM as a whole,as well as its relationship and dynamics,but also meets the needs of clinical practice.
