摘要
肿瘤相关性失眠病理机制复杂,为临床难治病症,严重影响肿瘤患者的预后。通过梳理顽固肿瘤相关性失眠验案,探讨了基于“形神并调”理论针药结合辨治肿瘤相关性失眠的思路。正虚伏毒,脏腑阴阳失调,神不安其位,是肿瘤相关性失眠的核心病机,形神不调是其病机关键。治疗上采取针药结合,“形神并调方药”配合“形神并调针法”,安五脏,调阴阳,充分发挥“杂合以治,优势互补”的中医诊疗特色,对于顽固性的肿瘤相关性失眠疗效显著,其辨治思路值得临床借鉴和参考。
Refractory cancer-ralated insomnia severely affects the quality of patients'life.The pathopsychophysiological mechanism of cancer-related Insomnia is complex.Combined with a clinical case,This article systematically describes the thoughts on acupuncture combined with medicine in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of refractory cancer-related insomnia based on the"Body-Spirit Harmonization"theory.The core pathogenesis of this disease is"the Declined Healthy Qi and the Hidden Toxin",which gives rise to the imbalance of yin and Yang in the internal organs leading to the restlessness of spirit.The combination of acupuncture and medicine which regulate the physique and spirit simultaneously can tranquillize the five organs,regulate Yin and Yang,and give full play to the advantages of"Comprehensive Treatment,complementary advantages".To sum up,the combination of acupuncture and medicine improves the therapeutic efficiency of cancer-related insomnia obviously so as to provide references for clinical treatment.
