摘要
对邮轮薄板焊接试验进行分析,获得薄板拼板对接激光-电弧复合焊最佳可控焊接工艺参数,并对采用激光-电弧复合焊工艺的薄板平面分段生产线的拼板压力架进行方案设计,建立仿真模型,从智能制造角度探讨了邮轮薄板生产线拼板压力架设备数字孪生技术的应用可行性,更好地发挥了生产线的效能,减少了劳动负荷,提高了生产自动化和智能化程度。
By analyzing cruise thin plate welding test,optimum controlled welding parameters of thin plate splicing butt laser arc hybrid welding have been obtained,meanwhile pressure frame for plate splicing of thin plate plane sectional production line applying laser arc hybrid welding has been conducted scheme design to set up simulation model.Application feasibility of digital twin technique for plate splicing pressure frame on cruise thin plate production line has been discussed from intelligent manufacturing in order to enlarge production line efficiency,reduce labor loading and improve production automation and intelligent degree.
