摘要
激光焊接具有焊接效率高、接头变形小、焊缝成型好等优点,是现代工业生产中不可缺少的先进制造技术。本文对激光焊接技术在船舶制造中的应用现状进行了简述,并从焊接设备集成化、焊缝形状预测及焊接过程实时监测与控制三方面对激光焊接技术的后续发展提出展望。
Laser welding is an indispensable advanced manufacturing technology due to its high welding efficiency,small welding deformation,excellent welding shape. This paper introduced the applications of laser welding technology in shipbuilding. Several important questions related to laser welding were also presented.
