基于Sysweld的不锈钢板管焊接应力变形模拟 被引量:3

Simulation of stress and deformation of tube-in-sheet welding structure by Sysweld

摘要 针对发生失稳变形的奥氏体不锈钢板管典型焊接结构,使用sysweld软件,以实体单元、PA焊接装配模两种不同计算方式对焊接变形进行了模拟,对比计算结果和试验结果,分析了计算方式的优缺点。对焊接残余应力、硬度分布进行了模拟计算。 For austenitic stainless steel plate in typical welded structure,buckling deformation was simulated based on SYS WELD software,in which the entity element and PA welding assembly were used,respectively.The results by two different calculation methods were compared,and their advantages and disadvantages were also compared.The welding residual stress and hardness distribution were simulated.
