摘要
构建了以高科技公司为研究对象,工作控制、人岗匹配、组织承诺与组织公民行为之间的关系模型,通过多元线性回归模型对352份样本数据进行实证检验。分析结果显示:工作控制对组织承诺和组织公民行为具有显著正向影响;人岗匹配分别调节工作控制与组织承诺和组织公民行为之间的关系;组织承诺在工作控制对组织公民行为的影响中起着中介作用,并且中介人岗匹配对工作控制与组织公民行为的调节作用。
Taking high-tech companies as the research object the essay constitutes relational model among job control,person-job matching,organization commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.Then empirical research is done through MLR for the modeland 352 samples.The research demonstrates that job control has positive on organization commitment and organization citizenship behavior.Person-job matching moderates the relationship between job control and organization commitment as well as organizational citizenship behavior.And organization commitment mediates the relationship between job control and organization citizenship behavior,and the moderation effect of person-job matching on them.
