提升现代工作场所乐趣的途径——以工作重塑干预为视角

Approaches to enhance workplace fun——From the perspective of job crafting intervention

摘要 随着现代职场的工作压力不断增大,员工希望能够在工作中感受到更多乐趣,许多企业也逐渐认识到员工这一普遍需求并将其置于管理工作的重要地位。本文通过工作重塑干预理论对企业提升工作场所乐趣提供建议,不但有助于企业提升管理水平,也有利于增进员工福祉。 As the work pressure in modern workplace continues to increase,employees hope to feel more fun and pleasure in work.Many companies have gradually realized this common demand of employees and placed it in an important position in management.This arti cle provides suggestions for companies to improve workplace fun through the job crafting intervention theory,which not only helps compa nies improve their management level,but also helps improve employee well-being.
