工作场所乐趣研究现状评介与未来展望 被引量:13

摘要 工作场所乐趣能够对员工的工作态度、工作行为产生积极影响,进而有利于组织绩效的提升。本文首先通过文献回顾对国外工作场所乐趣研究进行了梳理,并指出了现有研究存在的不足;然后在整合现有研究成果的基础上构建了工作场所乐趣模型,并指出了未来研究方向。
