摘要
目的探讨冠心病心绞痛中医证型与同型半胱氨酸、C反应蛋白及冠脉造影结果的相关性。方法收集本院于2018年1月~2019年1月收治的160例冠心病心绞痛作为研究组,另选取同期30例健康体检者作为对照组。分别检测各组的CRP、Hcy水平和冠状动脉造影结果,分析CRP、Hcy水平和冠状动脉造影结果与中医证型的相关性。结果冠心病心绞痛不同中医证型的血清CRP、Hcy水平均明显高于对照组,比较差异显著(P<0.05);气虚证型组、血瘀证型组的血清CRP、Hcy水平明显高于对照组和其他中医证型组,比较差异显著(P<0.05)。单支、双支病变以气虚证型多见,三支病变以血瘀证型多见。血清CRP、Hcy水平及冠脉造影结果与气虚证型、血瘀证型具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论血清CRP、Hcy水平、冠状动脉造影结果与心绞痛中医证型呈正相关,可将其作为心绞痛中医辨证分型的辅助诊断指标。
Objective To explore the correlation between TCM syndrome types of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease and homocysteine,C-reactive protein and coronary angiography results.Methods 160 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study group,and 30 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.CRP,Hcy levels and coronary angiography results were detected in each group,and the correlation between CRP,Hcy levels and coronary angiography results and TCM syndrome types was analyzed.Results the levels of serum CRP and Hcy in different TCM Syndromes of angina pectoris were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum CRP and Hcy in Qi deficiency syndrome group and blood stasis syndrome group were significantly higher than those in the control group and other TCM syndrome groups(P<0.05).Qi deficiency syndrome is the most common type of single vessel and double vessel disease,and blood stasis syndrome is the most common type of three vessel disease.Serum CRP,Hcy levels and coronary angiography results were correlated with Qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome(P<0.05).Conclusion serum CRP,Hcy levels and coronary angiography results are positively correlated with TCM syndrome types of angina pectoris,which can be used as auxiliary diagnostic indicators of TCM syndrome types of angina pectoris.
