血清sVCAM-1和vWF的水平与冠脉病变程度的相关性 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨血清可溶性血管细胞粘附分子-1(so lub le vascu lar ce ll adhes ion m o lecu le-1,sVCAM-1)和血管假性血友病因子(von W illebrand F actor,vW F)水平与冠状动脉病变程度及稳定性之间的关系。方法:采用EL ISA方法测定51例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)、25例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者和30例健康对照组血清sVCAM-1和vW F浓度,记录冠状动脉造影血管病变支数,并用G ens in i积分进行系统评价。结果:ACS组sVCAM-1和vW F水平较SAP组、对照组明显升高(P<0.001)。急性心肌梗塞(AM I)组sVCAM-1水平又高于不稳定心绞痛(UAP)组(P<0.05),vW F水平在UAP组与AM I组之间无显著差异。sVCAM-1和vW F水平与G ens in i积分呈正相关(分别r=0.642,P<0.001;r=0.501,P<0.01)。结论:sVCAM-1和vW F能反映动脉粥样硬化病变的严重性。 Objective: To explore the relationship among serum sVCAM-1, vWF levels and severity of coronary atherosclerosis. Methods: The concentrations of serumsVCAM-1 and vWF were assayed by means of enzyme linked immunosorbant assay (ELISA) ; the severity of coronary atherosclerosis was evaluated by coronary angiography and its Gensini's score in 51 patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS), 25 patients with stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 30 normal controls. Results: The concentrations of serum sVCAM-1 and vWF were significantly higher in ACS and SAP patients than those in normal controls (P〈0. 001 ) ; the concentrations of serum sVCAM- 1 in AMI patients were the highest and the concentrations of serum vWF were no significant difference between AMI and UAP patients, There was a significant positive correlation among the sVCAM, vWF and Gensini's score (r=0, 642, P〈 0. 001 ; r= 0. 501, P〈0, 01 respectively). Conclusion : The levels of serum sVCAM-1 and vWF may reflact the severity of coronary atherosclerosis.
