摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物联合耳穴压豆治疗冠心病心绞痛(CHD-AP)的效果。方法择取2021年1月至2023年11月江西中医药大学附属医院接诊的98例CHD-AP患者,依照随机数字表分成两组,各49例。两组均行西医常规治疗,对照组予耳穴压豆治疗,于对照组治疗基础上实验组加用银杏叶提取物治疗,对比两组疗效、中医证候积分、炎性因子水平及氧化应激指标。结果实验组临床总有效率93.87%优于对照组79.59%(P<0.05);实验组治疗后谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)(54.09±5.85)g/L、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)(91.24±9.13)U/L高于对照组(38.55±5.37)g/L、(79.38±8.19)U/L(P<0.05),中医证候积分(5.47±1.71)分、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)(10.36±2.68)μmol/L、白介素-6(IL-6)(7.14±2.13)pg/mL、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(6.33±2.04)mg/L、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)(30.05±6.08)mmol/L低于对照组(8.49±2.31)分、(13.37±3.01)μmol/L、(10.57±3.24)pg/mL、(9.58±3.27)mg/L、(41.35±7.46)mmol/L(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶提取物联合耳穴压豆能减轻CHD-AP患者炎症及氧化应激反应,促症状改善,提升治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of ginkgo biloba leaf extract combined with auricular acupoint bean-pressing in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(CHD-AP).Methods A total of 98 CHD-AP patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table,with 49 cases in each group.The two groups received conventional Western medicine treatment,the control group was treated with auricular acupoint bean-pressing method,and the experimental group was treated with ginkgo biloba leaf extract on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The efficacy,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory factor level and oxidative stress index of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 93.87%,higher than 79.59%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the GSH-Px(54.09±5.85)g/L and SOD(91.24±9.13)U/L in the experimental group were higher than the control group(38.55±5.37)g/L and(79.38±8.19)U/L(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome integral(5.47±1.71)score,Hcy(10.36±2.68)μmol/L,IL-6(7.14±2.13)pg/mL,hs-CRP(6.33±2.04)mg/L and MPO(30.05±6.08)mmol/L in the experimental group were lower than the control group(8.49±2.31)score,Hcy(13.37±3.01)μmol/L,IL-6(10.57±3.24)pg/mL,hs-CRP(9.58±3.27)mg/L and MPO(41.35±7.46)mmol/L(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba leaf extract combined with auricular acupoint bean-pressing can reduce CHD-AP inflammation and oxidative stress,promote symptom improvement,and enhance the therapeutic effect.
