摘要
目的:了解嘉定区常住居民精神卫生知识知晓现状、常见精神疾病的识别水平及影响因素,为制定服务政策提供依据。方法:采用简单随机抽样方法于2019年7-10月对抽取嘉定区2400人进行现场问卷调查,内容包括人口学一般信息、精神卫生与心理保健知识、常见精神疾病识别病例测验和精神疾病有关态度。结果:回收有效问卷2312份,嘉定区普通人群精神卫生知识总知晓率为74.33%;对焦虑障碍、躁狂发作、抑郁障碍的识别准确率分别为32.7%、25.1%、27.0%和7.4%;对精神疾病的态度总分为(35.75±6.29)分,持正面态度、负面态度和中立态度的占比分别为35.32%、36.33%和28.35%。采用多重线性回归建立回归模型具有统计学意义(F=100.42,P<0.001),纳入模型的受教育程度、居住类型及收入水平3个自变量对精神卫生知识知晓水平的影响均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:嘉定区居民精神卫生知识知晓率达到较高水平,但是对常见精神疾病的识别能力不足,对精神疾病的态度不够包容。居民受教育程度、居住类型及收入水平是精神卫生知识知晓水平的影响因素。
Objective:To understand the current status of awareness of mental health among residents in Jiading District,the recognition level and influencing factors of common mental diseases,and provide a basis for formulating service policies.Methods:A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 2400 people in Jiading District from July to October 2019.The content included general demographic information,awareness of mental health,common mental disorders identification case tests and mental disorders related attitudes.Results:Finally,2312 valid questionnaires were collected.The total awareness rate of mental health knowledge among residents in Jiading District was 74.33%;The recognition accuracy rates for anxiety disorders,manic episodes,and depression disorders were 32.7%,25.1%,27.0%,and 7.4%,respectively.The total score of attitude towards mental disorderswas(35.75±6.29),the proportions of positive attitude,negative attitude and neutral attitude were 35.32%,36.33% and 28.35% respectively.Themultiple linear regression to establish a regression model was statistically significant(F=100.42,P<0.001),and the effects of the three independent variables of education level,type of residence and income level on the mental health awareness level included in the model were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The awareness rate of mental health among residents in Jiading District has reached a relatively high level,but their ability to recognize common mental disorders is insufficient,and their attitudes towards mental disorders are not sufficiently tolerant.Residents’ education level,type of residence and income level are the influencing factors of mental health awareness.
