摘要
心理危机在传染病暴发期普遍存在,因此心理危机干预成为社区卫生应急重要一环。做好城乡结合部的社区卫生应急工作是阻断疫情传播、保障居民身体健康的重要手段。本文明确了在社区各类卫生应急工作中心理危机干预的重要性,并以菊泉社区心理危机干预模式为例,介绍了城乡结合部社区卫生应急心理危机干预服务模式实施情况及效果,提出了社区卫生应急心理危机干预模式的优化建议。进一步展望了完善城乡结合部社区卫生应急心理危机干预服务模式的重要研究方向,以期为提升城乡结合部社区居民的心理健康水平和应对今后可能的传染病暴发事件提供有效的服务模式和策略。
Psychological crisis is prevalent in the outbreak period of infectious diseases,so psychological crisis intervention has become an important part of community health emergency response.To do a good job in the integration of urban and rural community health emergency work is an important means to stop the spread of the epidemic and ensure the health of residents.This paper clarified the importance of psychological crisis intervention in all kinds of community health emergency work,and chrysanthemum spring community psychological crisis intervention model practice,for example,introduces the integration of community health emergency psychological crisis intervention service mode implementation and effect,put forward the community health emergency psychological crisis intervention model optimization Suggestions.The important research direction of improving the service mode of community health emergency psychological crisis intervention in the urban and rural fringe is further discussed,in order to provide effective service modes and strategies for improving the mental health level of community residents in the urban and rural fringe and dealing with the possible infectious disease outbreaks in the future.
