摘要
一直以来卓越教师的培养目标是小学教育专业。展开实践教师也是为了建立小学教育专业教学体系。当前,实践教学一直是制约人才培养质量最重要的一部分。因此,构建顺应卓越教师培养实践教学应开展多元化形式,将其构成规范与自由实践相结合的实践教学体系。基于此,文章主要探讨了以卓越教师培养为指向的小学教育专业实践教学体系构建,旨在为工作人员提供参考。
The training goal of outstanding teachers has always been primary education. The purpose of practical teachers is to establish the teaching system of primary education. At present, practical teaching has always been the most important part of restricting the quality of personnel training. Therefore, in order to adapt to the cultivation of excellent teachers, the practice teaching should be carried out in various forms, and the practice teaching system should be composed of standard and free practice. Based on this, this paper mainly discusses the construction of the practical teaching system of primary education major,which aims to provide reference for the staff.
