摘要 目的探讨下肢康复机器人训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡及步行功能的影响。方法选取2016年1月~2019年1月在我科住院治疗的50例早期脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各25例;其中对照组予以常规基础康复训练,观察组予以下肢康复机器人训练;对比两组治疗前后的平衡及步行功能。结果两组治疗前BBS、FAC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的BBS、FAC评分均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组的BBS、FAC评分改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者予以下肢康复机器人训练疗效显著,可有效提高患者的平衡及步行能力,可在临床上推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot training on balance and walking function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 50 stroke patients with hemiplegia in early stage who were hospitalized in our department from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the objects and randomly divided into the observation group(n=25)and the control group(n=25).The control group was given routine basic rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given lower limb rehabilitation robot training.The balance and walking function of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of BBS and FAC between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of BBS and FAC in two groups were significantly improved after treatment,and the BBS and FAC scores in the observation group improved obviously more than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower limb rehabilitation robot training is effective for stroke patients with hemiplegia,which can effectively improve the balance and walking ability of the patients,and it is worthy of clinic popularization.
