摘要
目的探究分析康复理疗结合核心稳定性训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能和步行能力的影响。方法选取于天津市环湖医院2020年3月—2021年12月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规康复护理措施,观察组采用康复理疗结合核心稳定性训练的康复护理。比较分析两组的Berg评分、FAC指标评分以及10 min步行距离,以此来进行患者平衡功能和步行能力的评估。结果干预前,两组Berg评分、FAC指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组Berg评分、FAC指标明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,观察组10 min步行距离为(25.36±9.89)m,对照组为(26.45±10.34)m,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组10 min步行距离为(45.32±12.57)m,优于对照组的(31.84±11.00)m,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者进行康复理疗结合核心稳定性训练的康复护理措施,能有效改善患者的平衡功能以及步行能力,在实际应用中具有优良的效果,值得推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation therapy combining the core stability training on the balance function and walking ability of patients with stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 60 patients with stroke hemiplegia who were admitted to Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing measures,while the observation group received rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with core stability training.The Berg score,FAC index score and 10 min walking distance of the two groups were compared and analyzed to evaluate the balance function and walking ability of patients.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Berg score and FAC index between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,Berg score and FAC index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the 10 min walking distance of the observation group was(25.36±9.89)m,and that of the control group was(26.45±10.34)m,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the 10 min walking distance of the observation group was(45.32±12.57)m,better than(31.84±11.00)m of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation physiotherapy combined with core stability training could effectively improve the balance function and walking ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.It had excellent effect in practical application and was worth promoting and applying.
