摘要
文章以“新农科”在校研究生为研究对象,以提高农林人才培养质量为目的,综合应用文献检索、问卷调查和比较分析等方法或技术,重点开展拔尖创新人才选培路径研究,综述拔尖创新人才选培机制实施现状,凝练现阶段培养困境及原因,提出“新农科”创新人才选培的具体举措。研究成果将践行“两山”理论,丰富建设具有中国特色的高等农业教育人才选培机制,精准提升农林人才培养质量,为面向乡村振兴战略和生态文明建设提供人才选培决策依据。
To improve the quality of agricultural and forestry cultivation of talents,it comprehensively applies literature retrieval,questionnaire and comparative analysis methods or techniques,focuses on the research of the way of selecting and training top innovative talents,summarizes the current situation of the mechanism of selecting and training top innovative talents,condenses predicament and its cause culture at the present stage,and puts forward some measures to select and cultivate innovative talents of"new agricultural science"for the graduate students.The results will put into practice the"Two Mountains"theory,enrich and build a talent selection and training mechanism for higher agricultural education with Chinese characteristics,and precisely improve the quality of agricultural and forestry personnel training,provide the decision-making of talent selection and training for rural revitalization strategy and ecological civilization construction.
