摘要
考察了存储方式、光照、低温、赤霉素浸种这4种因素对中华金腰种子萌发的影响.研究结果表明:中华金腰种子具有后熟休眠特性,光照条件下发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数显著高于黑暗条件.发芽势和发芽指数在5℃低温处理条件下有提高,且与低温处理时间呈正相关,但低温对发芽率没有明显影响;采用赤霉素浓度150 mg/L浸种12 h后发芽率高达97.77%,但是浸种时间与种子活力呈负相关.
In order to study the seed germination characteristics of Chrysosplenium sinicum,four factors of storage mode,light,low temperature and seed soaking under gibberellin were taken into study and their influence on the seed germination were researched in this paper.Results:The seed of Chrysosplenium sinicum has dormancy character;the germination rate,germination potential and germination index under light condition were significantly higher than those under dark condition.Low temperature treatment at 5°C can positively raise the seed germination potential and germination index,but it has no significant effect on seed germination rate.Under 150 mg/L GA3 for 12 hours,the seed germination rate reaches its peak with 97.77%,but the soaking time negatively relates to the seed activity.
