摘要
基于福柯从正常化权力到生存美学的理论转向,在后现代语境下,教师主体性面临权力弥散的理论困局以及主体溃散的现实危机。在以自我技术为核心的主体重建的探索过程中,教师主体性实践的生存美学得到了有益的探讨,但仍然存在权力陷阱和缺乏特定领域经验依循的局限。对此,需要从中国本土文化的根基出发,依据中国文化传统的向内自觉,以及教师群体在此特征上的现状,发掘教师主体性创生的现实可能性。
Based on the theory of Foucault from normalizing power to survive aesthetics in the post-modern context,teacher subjectivity faces theoretical dilemma of power diffusion,as well as the realistic crisis of collapse.And in the exploration of the reconstruction of the subject with selftechnology,the survival aesthetics of teacher subjectivity practice has been usefully discussed,but there are power traps and limitations of lack of experience to follow in specific fields.Therefore,according to the inward consciousness of Chinese cultural tradition and the present situation of teachers in this feature,it is necessary to explore the realistic possibility of teacher subjectivity creation from the foundation of Chinese native culture.
