自评与他评双视角下幼儿园教师观察能力的现状与提升策略 被引量:2

The Current Situation and Improvement Strategies of Kindergarten Teachers'Observation Ability from the Perspectives of Self-evaluation and Appraisal

摘要 为了解并提升幼儿园教师观察能力,采用教师自评与研究者他评双视角的方式对北京市987名幼儿园教师观察能力的现状进行调查与分析。结果表明:(1)幼儿园教师观察能力的自评与他评存在一定偏差;(2)幼儿园教师对观察结果的分析评价能力相对薄弱;(3)幼儿园教师观察能力受学历、教龄和职称的影响。基于此,应重视教师观察能力自评与他评的有机结合;重视提升教师培训的针对性,着重提升分析评价能力;重视教师理论素养、经验和专业素质的综合提升。 This study aims to understand and improve the observation ability of kindergarten teachers.A survey and analysis were conducted on the current situation of observation ability of 987 kindergarten teachers in Bejing by comparing teacher selfevaluation with researcher appraisal.The findings indicate that there is a certain deviation between the self-evaluation and researcher appraisal of kindergarten teachers'observation ability.Additionally,kindergarten teachers have relatively weak ability to analyze and evaluate observation results.The observation ability of kindergarten teachers is influenced by their educational background,teaching experience,and professional title.Based on these findings,the study suggests that attention should be paid to the organic combination of self-evaluation and researcher appraisal of teacher observation ability,the pertinence of teacher training,the improvement of analytical and evaluation ability,and the comprehensive improvement of teacher theoretical literacy,experience,and professional quality.
