摘要
新冠疫情加速了企业线上化与数字化的渗透,研究企业数字化转型具有重要现实价值和理论意义。本文基于"价值链分析法",以西贝餐饮集团的数字化转型为例,通过梳理分析餐饮连锁企业内外部价值链上的关键环节及其数字化策略,构建数字化转型的价值链模型,探讨餐饮企业数字化转型的关键策略。研究发现,数字化转型成功需要企业对经营模式、组织活动、人员管理以及业务流程等诸多方面进行重塑,需要以现有市场环境为基础,结合餐饮企业现状,有策略地实现数字化转型。
The COVID-19 has accelerated the penetration of online and digital catering chain enterprises.It is of great practical value and theoretical significance to study the digital transformation of catering chain enterprises.Based on the"value chain analysis"method,this paper takes the digitalization transformation of Xibei Catering Group as an example,through combing and analyzing the key links in the internal and external value chain of restaurant chain enterprises and its digitalization strategy,this paper constructs the value chain model of digital transformation,and probes into the key strategies of the digital transformation of the catering enterprises.The study found that successful digital transformation requires companies to reshape their business models,organizational activities,personnel management and business processes,based on the existing market environment and combined with the current situation of catering enterprises,strategic Implementation of digital transformation.
