摘要
目的:探究乳腺癌保乳术后大分割调强放射治疗的经济学与生活质量。方法:选取2015年11月-2020年2月在本院肿瘤放射治疗科就诊的65例乳腺癌患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,根据术后放疗方式不同,分为大分割调强放疗组(HF组)和常规分割调强放疗组(CF组),比较两组治疗费用、住院时间,并依据乳腺癌量表(QLICP-BR)评分比较两组生活质量。结果:HF组治疗费用为(42 811.87±3 980.02)元,低于CF组的(57 234.21±5 442.11)元,差异有统计学意义(t=12.310,P<0.001)。HF组住院时间为(26.52±3.40)d,短于CF组的(35.65±5.30)d,差异有统计学意义(t=8.381,P<0.001)。HF组QLICP-BR评分为(78.52±13.40)分,高于CF组的(71.12±15.30)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.079,P=0.021)。结论:与常规分割放疗相比,早期乳腺癌保乳术后,采用大分割放射治疗,治疗费用更低,住院时间更少,而且生活质量更好,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the economics and quality of life of hypofractionated intensity modulated radiotherapy in patients with breast cancer received breast-conserving surgery.Method:Sixty-five patients with breast cancer who were treated in our department from November 2015 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects for retrospective analysis.According to different postoperative radiotherapy methods,they were divided into the hypofractionated intensity modulated radiotherapy group(HF group)and the conventional fractionated intensity modulated radiotherapy group(CF group).The treatment costs and hospital stay of the two groups were compared,the quality of life of the two groups was compared according to the breast cancer scale(QLICP-BR).Result:The hospitalization cost in the HF group was(42811.87±3980.02)yuan,which was lower than(57234.21±5442.11)yuan in the CF group,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.310,P<0.001).The hospital stay in the HF group was(26.52±3.40)d,which was shorter than(35.65±5.30)d in the CF group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.381,P<0.001).The score of QLICP-BR in the HF group was(78.52±13.40)points,which was higher than(71.12±15.30)points in the CF group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.079,P=0.021).Conclusion:Compared with conventional fractionated intensity modulated radiotherapy,hypofractionated intensity modulated radiotherapy for patients with breast cancer received breast-conserving surgery has lower treatment costs,shorter hospitalization time,and better quality of life,which is worthy of popularization and application.
