摘要
目的:观察黄芪枳实汤辅助乳腺癌化疗对患者营养状态、免疫功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择2018年3月~2019年7月河北工程大学附属医院收治的女性乳腺癌患者120例,随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组给予常规化疗,观察组在化疗基础上采用黄芪枳实汤辅助治疗。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为73.33%,与对照组的66.67%比较无差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后血清ALB、Hb、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,而CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组胃肠道反应、血液毒性反应发生率分别为30.00%、26.67%,与对照组的35.00%、31.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后特异模块、身体机能、社会活动评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用黄芪枳实汤辅助乳腺癌化疗,减轻化疗药物对营养状态、免疫功能的负面影响,进一步改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Zhishi Decoction assisted breast cancer chemotherapy for the patients’nutritional status,immune function and quality of life.Methods:A total of 120 female breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled.According to the random number table,they were divided into a treatment group and a controlled group with 60 cases each.The controlled group was given conventional chemotherapy,and the treatment group was treated with Huangqi Zhishi Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy.To compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups,compared the anutritional indicators[body mass index(BMI),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb),triceps skinfold thickness(TSF)],immune function indicators(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),recorded the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.QLICP-BR was used to assess the quality of life of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(73.33%)was not different from that of the controlled group(66.67%)(P>0.05).Serum ALB,Hb,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group after treatment were higher than those in the controlled group,while CD8^(+)was lower than the controlled group(P<0.05).The treatment group(30.00%,26.67%)had no difference in the incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and hematological toxic reactions compared with the controlled group(35.00%,31.67%)(P>0.05).After treatment,the specific module,physical function,social activity score and total score of the treatment group were higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Huangqi Zhishi Decoction to assist breast cancer chemotherapy can reduce the negative impact of chemotherapy drugs on nutritional status and immune function,and further improve the quality of life.
