摘要
从微观角度,在生态经济学、实验经济学、公共物品理论和行为科学理论基础上构建原住民参与绿色低碳建设意愿的分析框架,利用雄安新区387份原住民调研数据,通过logistic回归模型分析了影响原住民参与新区绿色低碳建设意愿的主要因素。研究发现:年龄、社会身份、教育支出、经济来源、生活方式、低碳认知、培训经历以及政策支持等因素对原住民参与绿色低碳建设的意愿具有显著影响,而原住民的性别、文化程度和收入情况等因素对其参与意愿的影响并不显著。因此,应通过加快产业结构转型升级、完善新区低碳基础性保障系统、加大低碳宣传力度、加大职业培训及转移就业力度、加强金融支持等内容提高原住民在新区绿色低碳建设中的参与度。
From the micro perspective,based on ecological economics,experimental economics,public goods theory and behavioral science theory,this paper has constructed the analysis framework of original residents'willingness to participate in green low-carbon construction.Based on 387 survey data of the original residents in Xiong'an new area,the main factors influencing the original residents'willingness to participate in green and low-carbon construction are analyzed by using logistic regression mode.The results show that such factors as the age,social identity,educational expenditure,family economic sources,life style,low-carbon cognition,training experience and policy support have significant effect on the original residents'participation willingness.But some other factors like the sex,education,family income level of the original residents don't have significant effect on their participation willingness.Therefore,to improve the original residents'participation in the green low-carbon construction of the new area,we should accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structures,improve the basic low-carbon support system,increase the publicity of low carbon lifestyle,and vocational training and employment transfer,and strengthen financial support.
