摘要
目的:通过观察规范的理筋手法治疗配合点按“风池”穴,对手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效进行研究,以期优化颈性眩晕的手法治疗方法。方法:将颈性眩晕患者60例随机抽签分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组予以单纯理筋手法治疗;观察组予以理筋手法治疗加点按风池穴。连续治疗4周,并随访1个月。治疗前后观察其临床疗效、症状体征积分、颈椎X线评分的改善情况。结果:在两组治疗结束后,对两组的总体疗效进行比较。观察组总有效率(86.7%)高于对照组(70.0%),并且观察组在长期疗效比对照组更加有效(P<0.05),同时观察组在颈椎形态的长期改善上比对照组更强(P<0.05)。结论:理筋手法配合点按风池穴治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著,点按风池穴能够提高长期疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect of hand manipulation on cervical vertigo by observing the Standardized Manipulation of tendons,according to Fengchi acupoint,in order to optimize the method of hand manipulation for cervical vertigo.Methods A prospective study was conducted to conduct a randomized controlled study.Sixty patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups:control group observation group and,30 cases in each group.All patients were in accordance with the clinical diagnosis of cervical vertigo.There were no significant differences in gender,age,symptom and sign score and image score before treatment between the two groups.The observation group was treated with Lijin manipulation plus Fengchi acupoint,while the control group was treated with Lijin manipulation alone.The patients were treated once a day,five times a week for 4 weeks and followed up for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,symptom and sign score and X-ray score of cervical spine were observed before and after treatment.Results After the treatment of the two groups,the overall efficacy of the observation group and the control group were compared.The total effective rate was 86.7%in the observation group and 70.0%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs and X-ray were lower in both groups after treatment and at follow-up stage than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in symptom and sign score and X-ray score between the observation group and the control group in the follow-up stage(P<0.05).Conclusion Lijin manipulation combined with Fengchi acupoint is effective in treating cervical vertigo,and Fengchi acupoint can improve the long-term effect.
