摘要
由于近年来随着"低头族"的出现及长期伏案工作、睡眠姿势不正确等生活方式的改变,临床上颈性眩晕(Cevrical veirtgo,CV)发病率呈上升趋势且趋于年轻化。颈性眩晕发病机制尚未明确及诊断标准尚不统一,导致了治疗颈性眩晕方法的多样性。所以目前如何精准的诊断和治疗颈性眩晕是临床骨科医生面临的重要难题之一。文章参考既往大量文献,通过收集相关资料就颈性眩晕的诊断以及治疗进行了系统的分析,以探讨颈性眩晕的诊断及其治疗方法。
In recent years,with the emergence of"phubbing people"and the change of lifestyle such as long-term desk work and incorrect sleeping posture,the incidence of cervical vertigo is on the rise and tends to be younger.The pathogenesis of cervical vertigo is not clear and the diagnostic criteria are not unified,which leads to the diversity of the treatment methods for cervical vertigo.Therefore,how to accurately diagnose and treat cervical vertigo is one of the important problems faced by clinical orthopedic doctors.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo were systematically analyzed by referring to a large number of previous literatures and collecting relevant data,so as to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of cervical vertigo.
