摘要
目的研究针刀治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法收集自2015年2月至2017年2月来源于上海市金山区廊下镇和山阳镇社区卫生服务中心57例颈性眩晕患者,在治疗前按照《颈性眩晕症状和功能评估量表》初评,按照中医的理论和慢性软组织损伤的理论,分7次治疗,每次10个部位;治疗1个疗程后和半年后各评估1次,得出针刀治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。结果根据《中医病症诊断疗效标准》疗效评定,经过针刀治疗后总有效率为98. 25%,治愈率为91. 23%;半年后随访总有效率为92. 98%,治愈率为91. 23%。治疗后和治疗半年后疗效对比,差异无统计学意义。治疗后及治疗半年后症状与功能评分均较治疗前明显升高(P <0. 05),差异有统计学意义,但治疗后与治疗半年后症状与功能评分及改善指数比较差异无统计学意义。结论针刀治疗颈性眩晕短期和长期疗效均比较显著,值得在基层推广。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of acupotomy on cervical vertigo.MethodsFrom Februar-y2015to February2017,57cases of cervical vertigo were collected from Langxia Community Health Service Center and Shanyang Community Service Center.Before treatment,the cases were preliminarily evaluated according to Assessment scale of the symptoms and function of cervical vertigo.In compliance with TCM theory and the theory of chronic soft tissue injury,the cases were treatment for7treatments,10sites in each time.The evaluation was done after one course of treatment and in half a year after treatment and the effects of acupotomy were obtained on cervical vertigo.Results According to the effect assessment in Criteria of diagnosis and therapeutic effects of disorders in TCM,the total effective rate was98.25%and the curative rate was91.23%.In the follow-up after half a year,the total effective rate was92.98%and the curative rate was91.23%.The differences were not significant in the effects at the moment after treatment and in half a year after treatment.The differences were not significant in the scores of symptoms and function as well as the index improvement at the moment after treatment and in half a year after treatment.Conclusion Acupotomy achieves the significant short-term and long-term effects.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in the primary-level clinics.
