摘要
目的:通过梳理针刺疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的相关临床论文,对治疗神经根型颈椎病的针刺选穴规律进行分析,以期为临床提供参考。方法:通过万方、维普、知网、中国生物医学文献数据库等检索相关文献,运用Microsoft Office Excel 2007建立针刺处方数据库并运用SPSS Statistics 21.0及IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0进行数据分析。结果:有效文献共计246篇,使用腧穴124个,总使用频次1361次,使用频次最高的腧穴为颈夹脊;使用频次较高的经脉为足少阳胆经、手阳明大肠经、手太阳小肠经等;特定穴使用频次最高的为五输穴;使用的穴位主要分布于头颈项部与上肢部;最常用的穴位组合为颈夹脊、风池。结论:针刺治疗本病时,主要使用的穴位为颈夹脊配合大椎、后溪、合谷、风池等穴位;多使用头颈项部及上肢部的远近配穴法;经脉中使用最多的为足少阳胆经。
Objective:Through collecting the clinical papers on acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,to analyze the laws of the clinical acupuncture points selection for the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,hoping to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:The qualified literatures were searched from Wanfang,VIP,CNKI,Chinese biomedical literature databases and other databases.The acupuncture treatment prescription data library was built by Microsoft Office Excel 2007,and using SPSS statistics 21.0 and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 to analyze the data through these literatures.Results:There were 246 effective literatures,124 acupuncture points were used with a total frequency of 1361 times.The most commonly used acupuncture point is cervical Jiaji.The most commonly used channel is gallbladder channel of foot shaoyang,the large intestine channel of hand rangming and the small intestine channel of hand taiyang.The most commonly specific points are the Five Shu Points.These acupuncture points were mainly located at the neck,head and in the upper limbs.The most commonly used combination of acupuncture points are cervical Jiaji and Fengchi.Conclusion:The main acupuncture points for the treatment of this disease are cervical Jiaji combined with Dazhui,Houxi,Hegu,Fengchi,etc.The point matching method of head,neck and upper limbs is often used.The use frequency of the Gallbladder Channel of Foot Shaoyang was the highest.
