摘要
目的:观察穴位注射地塞米松联合鼠神经生长因子对老年突发性耳聋患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月在我院就诊的老年突发性耳聋患者96例,所有患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各48例。对照组给予口服泼尼松片联合银杏叶提取物和甲钴胺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上实施穴位注射地塞米松联合鼠神经生长因子,5 d为1疗程,两组患者均给予2个疗程治疗。观察两组患者的听力平均阈值变化、并发症疗效及其临床疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者在0.25、0.5、1、2、4、8 kHz的听力平均阈值均明显下降,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者上述指标低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组耳鸣有效率分别为68.29%、90.00%,耳闷有效率分别为69.70%、88.24%,听觉过敏或重听有效率分别为73.91%、91.67%,眩晕有效率分别为66.67%、92.50%,上述各并发症有效率组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为75.44%、91.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射地塞米松联合鼠神经生长因子对老年突发性耳聋患者具有良好的临床疗效,安全性高。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of dexamethasone combined with mouse nerve growth factor(NGF)on sudden deafness in the elderly.Methods:96 elderly patients with sudden deafness who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral prednisone tablets combined with Ginkgo biloba extract and mecobalamin.The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection of dexamethasone combined with mouse nerve growth factor on the basis of the control group.5 d as one course of treatment,and each group gave two courses of treatment.The changes of average hearing threshold,the curative effect to complications and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the average thresholds of hearing at 0.25,0.5,1,2,4 and 8 kHz in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the therapeutic effective for ratesfor tinnitus were 68.29%and 90.00%,for aural fullness were 69.70%and 88.24%,for hyperechemaor hard of hearing were 73.91%and 91.67%,for vertigo were 66.67 and 92.50%respectively in the control group and the treatment group.There were statistic differences in the effective rates of the above complications between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 75.44%and 91.07%respectively,There was statistic difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection of dexamethasone combined with mouse nerve growth factor has good clinical efficacy and high safety in elderly patients with sudden deafness.
