摘要
目的:探讨耳鸣治疗仪联合葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋伴耳鸣的疗效。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月开封市祥符区第一人民医院收治的128例突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各64例。两组患者均实施对症综合治疗,对照组应用葛根素注射液治疗,观察组应用耳鸣治疗仪联合葛根素注射液治疗,均治疗1个月。比较治疗前、治疗1个月时两组患者的纯音听阈值、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数),以及治疗1个月时的治疗效果。结果:治疗1个月,观察组耳鸣治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的纯音听阈值均较治疗前下降,且与对照组相比,观察组纯音听阈值更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前下降,且观察组患者的血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞聚集指数均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳鸣治疗仪联合葛根素注射液治疗突发性耳聋伴耳鸣患者,可有效改善患者的血液流变学指标,恢复其听力,减轻耳鸣症状。
Objective To explore the effect of tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection on sudden deafness accompanied with tinnitus.Methods A total of 128 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus admitted to Kaifeng Xiangfu District First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic comprehensive treatment,the control group was treated with puerarin injection,and the observation group was treated with tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection for 1 month.The pure tone hearing threshold,hemorheological indexes(plasma viscosity,fibrinogen,erythrocyte aggregation index)and the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after 1 month of treatment.Results After 1 month of treatment,the total effective rate of tinnitus treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pure tone hearing threshold in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index of the two groups were decreased compared with before treatment,and the plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tinnitus therapy instrument combined with puerarin injection in the treatment of sudden deafness with tinnitus can effectively improve the hemorheology index of patients,restore their hearing,reduce tinnitus symptoms.
