摘要
通元推法是王继红教授在全面系统总结全国名老中医赖新生教授通元疗法理论精髓的基础上,结合30余年推拿临床实践经验,独创的一套独具特色的外治疗法。其具有培元固本、调和阴阳、扶正祛邪的特点,能达到激发人体正气、增强机体抵抗力及免疫力的功效。本文对通元推法的形成背景、作用机制、手法操作及临床适应症进行论述,最后通过病案举例的方法,说明该法临床治病中具体的运用,表明其有显著疗效,可明显提升患者的生活质量。
Tongyuan pushing manipulation is a unique set of external therapies created by Professor WANG Ji-Hong,who comprehensively and systematically summarizes the essence of Tongyuan therapy theory of Professor LAI Xin-sheng,a national famous old Chinese medicine doctor,and combined with more than 30 years of clinical practice of massage. It is of characteristics of supporting healthy qi and strengthening body resistance,harmonizing yin and yang,supporting healthy qi to eliminate pathogens,and can achieve the effects of stimulating healthy qi and enhancing body resistance and immunity. This article discusses the formation background, action mechanism, manipulation and clinical indications of Tongyuan pushing manipulation, and then illustrates the specific application of Tongyuan pushing manipulation for clinical treatment with examples of medical records,indicating its significant curative effect. So we hold the opinion that the clinical application of Tongyuan pushing manipulation can improve the quality of life of patients.
