摘要
通元针法基于阴阳失衡之基本病机、以整体观为指导,包括通督养神和引气归元两大治疗法则。其以人体元气及脏腑神气为调治核心、以任督二脉为调节全身阴阳的关键环节,从而通督养神以安脏腑,引气归元以调气机、固本原,通元以达阴平阳秘。突破了以往沿用的四肢经穴即为循经的局限,揉合了俞募相配、上下相配、左右相配等多种腧穴配伍方式,体现了任督二脉为循经取穴重点的创新,充分发挥督脉贯脑为通调元神、任脉连肾为精气之归的经络治疗效应,是以阴阳立论、扶正祛邪、以平为期的新针灸处方体系。文章主要对通元针法之立法依据试做浅析。
Based on basic pathogenesis of imbalance between yin and yang and under the guidance of holism, Tongyuan needling technique consists of two treatment principles: promoting governor vessel to nourish shen and leading qi to its origin. It focuses on regulating original qi and qi of viscus, and views governor vessel as the key of regulating yin and yang, so as to appease viscus through promoting governor vessel to nourish shen, regulate qi activity and hold the essence through leading qi to its origin, and achieve balance between yin and yang through tongyuan. It breaks the limitation of previous idea that selecting meridian acupoints at limbs is equal to selecting points along its own meridian and it blends multiple combinations of acupoints together, such as back-shu points and front-mu points combination, upper points and lower points combination, left points and right points combination. This technique reflects the innovation that conception and governor vessels are the focus of acupoint selection along its own meridian. It gives full play to meridians' therapeutic effects that governor vessel can regulate mind through running through the brain and conception vessel connecting kidney is home of vital essence. Therefore, Tongyuan needling technique is a new acupuncture prescription system which is based on yin-yang, reinforcing the healthy qi to eliminate pathogenic factors and balance between yin and yang. This study was mainly about analyzing the basic principle of Tongyuan needling technique.
