摘要
督脉行背部之正中,贯脊而行,上通于脑。脊柱和督脉关系密切,临床上常见督脉生病会表现为脊柱功能异常,脊柱功能障碍也会导致督脉经气闭阻不畅。中医学认为,阴阳平衡失调是疾病产生的基本病机,脊柱相关疾病病机关键也在于脊柱阴阳平衡失调。因此治疗督脉相关疾病应该着眼于调整脊柱骨节,这体现了"治病必求其本"的原则,也为推拿治疗脊柱相关疾病提供了中医学的理论依据。
The governor meridian runs along the middle of the back which runs through the vertebra column till the head. The vertebra column has a close relationship with the governor meridian that governor meridian illness manifests as spinal dysfunction and that spinal dysfunction can also lead to governor meridian illness. Traditional Chinese medicine insists that the intrinsic cause of the occurrences and development of disease is the disorder of yin and yang, so the pathogenesis key of the spine disease also depends on the imbalance of yin and yang. Furthermore, the treatment of governor meridian-related diseases should focus on adjusting the spinal joints, which reflects the principle that medical treatment should seek for the intrinsic cause of disease, and also provides the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine for the massage treatment of spinal disease.
