摘要
采用低压真空渗碳工艺对1Cr17及1Cr17Ni2两型不锈钢进行了渗碳处理,解决了由于不锈钢表面存在钝化膜以及渗碳温度较高无法采用传统气体工艺进行渗碳的问题,分析了不同类不锈钢渗碳淬火后的性能及金相组织。结果表明,1Cr17不锈钢渗层深度为0.58mm,1Cr17Ni2不锈钢渗层深度为1.0mm,表面硬度分别为HRC51-52、HRC61-62,均符合产品要求。
Due to the existence of passive film on stainless steel surface and high carburizing temperature,it is impossible to carburize by traditional gas process. In this paper,low pressure vacuum carburizing process is used to carburize 1Cr17 and 1Cr17Ni2 stainless steel,which solves the problem. The properies and metallographic structure of different kinds of stainless steel after carburizing and quenching are analyzed. The results show that the depth of 1Cr17 carburized layer is 0.58 mm,while which of 1Cr17Ni2 is 1.0 mm,and the surface hardness is HRC51-52 and HRC61-62,respectively. Both can meet the product requirements.
