摘要
综述了不锈钢表面低温热扩渗层制备技术及其腐蚀行为的研究方法,分析了不锈钢表面低温热扩渗层制备及其腐蚀行为研究的现状及存在的问题。结果表明:与大量的力学性能研究相比,对不锈钢(特别是马氏体不锈钢)表面低温热扩渗层(如低温渗氮、渗碳和氮碳共渗等)腐蚀行为的研究相对较少,采用的主要研究方法是常规的极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱等方法。随着低温热扩渗技术在不锈钢表面改性上的成功应用及其应用领域的扩展,借助腐蚀领域中新的理论和研究方法,研究不锈钢表面低温热扩渗层的腐蚀行为,准确揭示渗层腐蚀机制,已经势在必行。
Preparation technology as well as corrosion behavior research methods for low temperature thermal diffusion layer on stainless steel were summarized,the state-of-the-arts of the preparation and corrosion behavior characterization of the thermal diffusion layers were analyzed.The results indicate that there are only few researches conducted to corrosion behavior studies of the low temperature thermal diffusion layer(such as low temperature nitriding,carburizing and nitrocarburizing,and so on) on stainless steels(especially for martensite stainless steel),and the research methods are mainly based on common polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,comparing with the plentiful studies on their mechanical properties.With the successful application of low temperature thermal diffusion technology on the surface modification of stainless steel and the expansion of their application area,it is imperative to study the corrosion behavior of the low temperature thermal diffusion layer on stainless steel and exactly reveal the corrosion mechanisms of the modified layer with the aid of new theories as well as new research methods in corrosion research field.
