摘要
综述了汽车齿轮制造中热处理的主要工艺,重点介绍了预备热处理工艺、渗碳、碳氮共渗、渗氮和感应淬火工艺及其进展,简述了激光淬火、低压真空渗碳、稀土共渗等汽车热处理新工艺及应用现状,最后从高品质、低能耗、环保和智能化方面展望了汽车热处理工艺的发展方向。
The major heat treatment process in the automobile gear manufacturing is reviewed. The processes of pre heat treatment, carburizing, carbonitriding, nitriding, induction hardening and their development are introduced. Some new heat treatment processes and their application of automobile are outlined, such as laser quenching, low pressure vacuum carburizing, rare earth accelerated co-permeation. Finally, the development of heat treatment process for automobile is prospected from high-quality, low energy consumption, environmental protection and intelligent.
