摘要
基于平台化转型视角,选取沈阳机床集团作为案例研究对象,深入探究其智能制造平台化转型过程机理,并结合扎根理论研究方法的编码技术构建过程机理模型。研究结果发现:制造企业通过掌握并融合互联网平台技术和智能制造技术进而搭建平台,通过战略联盟的形式整合政、产、学、研的优势推进智能制造平台终端的布局,逐步扩充和完善智能制造的平台生态,整合空间碎片化的需求。基于此,进一步识别出了制造企业有别于ICT、交易中介类企业平台化转型的关键,即构建智能制造技术、免费硬件策略和终端布局策略。
This study takes Shenyang Machine Tool Group as the case object.From the perspective of platform transformation,the paper explored the mechanism of the intelligent manufacturing platform transformation process.Combined with the coding technology of Grounded Theory,the study constructs the process mechanism model.The research finds that manufacturing companies build and integrate the Internet platform technology and intelligent manufacturing technology,and integrate the advantages of government,industries,education units and research offices in the form of strategic alliances to promote the layout of intelligent manufacturing platform terminals,and gradually expand and improve the platform of intelligent manufacturing.Thus,the platform can integrate fragmented needs spreading over space.The study identified the keys of transformation in manufacturing companies that different from ICT and transactional intermediary companies:building intelligent manufacturing technologies,free hardware strategies,and terminal layout strategies.The research further expands the research object of platform transformation,enriches the theory of platform transformation,and provides a useful reflection on the platform transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
